Insurance
If you are planning on using your health insurance our office requires a copy of your health insurance card. As a service to you, our staff will call your insurance company directly to verify that your benefits can be used for chiropractic care in our office. You will be responsible for any applicable fees until your insurance has been verified. Once verified, our office staff will bill your insurance company directly. Most clients are responsible for "co-pay or deductible plus co-pay" payments. If an insurance check comes to you, you are required to bring the check to us.
Cash/Check/Credit card
Our office has affordable cash plans for clients that do not have health insurance coverage. The Doctor will review the different cash payment plans available.
Auto Injury / Worker's Compensation
If you are currently on an auto injury claim or worker's compensation claim you must notify our staff immediately, we do not accept nor do we bill for these types of claims. We will be happy to refer you

Chiropractic Examination: $135-$235
Chiropractic Adjustments: $70-$80
Re-exams/Re-scans: $55-$100
